Reflection time... again :)

Recently, I have been placing on perspective my career so far to understand what drives my professional motivation and to visualize what kind of professional opportunities would interest me in the future.

I have understood that behind my professional path decisions lay 3 drivers:
  • Thirst for transcendence: I feel satisfied with myself when there's a legacy behind me that will exist for generations to come. Unleashing people's potential means freeing them from barriers that hinder their fulfillment. The more potential is unleashed, the broader and stronger my legacy is.
  • Willingness to transform: Empowering agents to achieve changes! That's it, achieving changes, and whenever possible, leading others to execute actions to achieve changes together.
  • Desire for mastery: The more I learn, the more resources I have to transform and transcend. Mastery of knowledge and skills (and the right attitude) is critical to go beyond.

It's time to test my experience, capacity and motivation against job market requirements :)
And once I get a job offer that meets my talent profile, the question is:

does it enable me transcend, transform and develop mastery?
